One of the possibilities you're receiving this message because you've selected the recurring payment option to automatically renew your membership previously. However, the card details stored in our system are no longer valid and as a consequence, the automatic membership renewal cannot be finalised.
To complete the renewal of your membership simply:
1. Log in to IWA Connect with your email and password using a lap/desk-top. If you don't remember your password, please reset it.
2. You will be re-directed to the membership portal where you can select your preferred membership package and deselect the option to automatically renew your membership. Once this payment method is turned off, you will be able to insert new card details in the payment step and complete the renewal process of your IWA membership.
